Charcuterie Building with Tony Malizia from Carolina Charcuterie - WECO/State St.

Molto Vino is adding Build Your Own Charcuterie boards. To kick things off, Tony Malizia of Carolina Charcuterie will show us how to build your own charcuterie masterpiece. Each board is $49 and can be shared by up to 4 people. It will include your choice of cheese, sliced salami, dried fruit, crackers, jam and a snack/trail mix. We will charge your account on file for $49 plus tax ($53.90.) Any additional food items and/or wine may be purchased onsite.
