Door Access Issues:

Download the Facilikey app and select 'Forget Password' to receive a temporary password via email. Use the email you registered with us and the temporary password to log in. Navigate to 'Locations', swipe left until you find your desired location, then press 'Hold to Unlock' for 3-4 seconds to open the door. If this fails, it may be due to a power/internet issue, or our system may not recognize your membership status. Please text the number provided at the top of this email for immediate assistance or to receive the lockbox code.

 

Moltó Vino App Issues:

If the app is down, use Facilikey for access and use the small barcode on the back of your driver's license instead of your QR code at the machines. If the Moltó Vino app is not loading, it is likely due to a system update. Updates usually last less than 15 minutes and may require you to close the app and reopen it after the update is completed.

 

My QR Doesn't Work or Says "Code Rejected":

Use one of the plastic Enomatic cards available at the member check-in station. Instructions are at the bottom of the Members After Hours Guide at the check in station. We will collaborate with you and our developer to resolve the QR code issue, but the backup card system ensures you can continue enjoying wine in the meantime.We appreciate your patience and are here to ensure your experience is smooth and enjoyable.
